2) Our dispatch time is 1-2 Working days from the order confirmation date or sometimes it takes more times to dispatch, we make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 1-7 business days. However if Pin codes Not Serviceable By Express Delivery, we will Ship by Express Post and it may take longer, up to 20 working days to Deliver your shipment

3) Express Delivery is faster than Standard Delivery,after dispatching the product but our dispatch time is same for both condition.

4) To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

5) You may track the shipping status of your order on our website, by clicking at Track your Order section.

6) If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, or safely outside your house/office.

7) If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been un-deliverable.
